Installation consisting of :
– A horizontal cylindrical shallow bed deodoriser divided into two horizontal compartments, supported by two supports and offering the possibility to treat either 250 kg in one compartment or 500 kg in two compartments.
– A horizontal buffer tank equipped with a product inlet/outlet, vacuum outlet and sight glass. Volume: +/- 460 litres.
– 2 shell and tube heat exchangers
– 1 electric heater
– 2 electric heating resistances
– Other equipment: control and dosing valves, flow meter, steam drying ramp, etc.
– Electrical cabinet
Materials: all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 304L and 316L.
Insulation: 100 mm rock wool.
Documentation and drawings available.
Capacity: deodorising temperature 180°C (200°C max.)
Batch: 250 Kg or 500 Kg (2 x 250)
Process: heating of the product under vacuum + steam injection.

– Une cuve tampon horizontale équipée d’une entrée/sortie de produit, d’une sortie de vide et d’un voyant. Volume : +/- 460 litres.

– 1 chauffage électrique
– 2 résistances de chauffe électrique
