Description
Complete Bottling Line for 187 ml Plastic Beverage Containers
The complete bottling line for 187 ml plastic beverage containers represents a cutting-edge solution in the field of automated bottling. Designed for wine products, it is capable of operating at an impressive speed of up to 250 bottles per minute. This high production capacity is made possible by integrating highly specialized machinery that works in perfect synergy. Each component of the line has been selected to ensure efficiency, reliability, and superior quality in the bottling process. While the current configuration is optimized for wine, the flexibility of the machinery allows for adaptations to other beverages, always maintaining high operational standards.
Emmeti MT665 Empty Bottle Depalletizer Year 2017
The Emmeti MT665 empty bottle depalletizer, built in 2017, is the initial element of the bottling line. This machine is designed to handle the flow of empty bottles with precision and speed. The empty bottle accumulation conveyor ensures a continuous feed to the system, minimizing downtime. The single-filer conveyor uniformly orients the bottles toward the monoblock, ensuring a steady flow. The empty pallet stacker optimizes storage space, while the system for removing the top plastic film of the pallet and the device for removing slip-sheets further automate the process. The standalone control panel with HMI station offers an intuitive interface to monitor and adjust operations, enhancing operational efficiency.
Nercon Stainless Steel Conveyor
The stainless steel conveyor produced by Nercon plays a crucial role in transferring empty bottles from the depalletizer to the monoblock system. Made entirely of stainless steel, the conveyor ensures high hygienic standards, essential in the food and beverage sector. Its robust structure guarantees long-lasting durability and resistance to wear. The modular design of the conveyor allows for easy maintenance and cleaning, reducing downtime. Additionally, the system is equipped with sensors and controls to monitor bottle flow, preventing accumulations or blockages that could compromise the line’s productivity.
Bertolasso 35-72-12 Filling Monoblock
The heart of the bottling line is the Bertolasso filling monoblock, an integrated set of machinery that performs rinsing, filling, and capping operations. The 35-head rinser ensures thorough cleaning of the bottles, eliminating any contaminants and guaranteeing the quality of the final product. The 72-head Ambra filler allows for precise and rapid filling, maintaining consistency in the volume of each bottle. The Sigma capper model 106 with 12 heads, equipped with Technomax heads and AROL hopper/sorter, ensures a hermetic and secure closure, preserving the product’s integrity. The stainless steel control panel offers operators a user-friendly interface to monitor and adjust operating parameters, contributing to high standards of quality and productivity.
Dosage and Inspection System
To ensure the freshness and optimal preservation of beverages, the line is equipped with an S.B.R. nitrogen-CO2 dosing system with HMI station. This system injects inert gas into the bottles, reducing oxidation and prolonging the product’s shelf life. The HMI station allows for precise control of dosing, adapting to the specific needs of the product. Additionally, the SICK inspection system is fundamental for quality control. It uses advanced sensors to detect fill level, cap presence, and labels, identifying any anomalies. This allows for prompt intervention, minimizing waste and ensuring that only compliant products reach the consumer.
Packaging with Pearson Machinery
Packaging is a critical phase that affects the product’s protection and presentation. The line uses a Pearson carton erector model CE70, built in 2012, which folds and glues cartons precisely thanks to the Nordson ProBlue gluing system. The 4.5-meter-long magazine provides substantial operational autonomy, reducing the frequency of material reloads. The two Pearson tray formers model BE60, built in 2016, are ideal for creating handy and attractive packaging for the end consumer. The Pearson multi-packer model MP-35 optimizes the multiple packaging process, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Labeling and Case Packing
Labeling is managed by the Krones Autocol labeler with 30 stations, renowned for its precision and reliability. This machine applies labels with millimeter accuracy, contributing to the product’s professional image. The standalone stainless steel control panel allows for easy configuration of labeling parameters. The Hartness conveyor ensures smooth transport of filled bottles, perfectly synchronizing the different stages of the process. The Hartness model 835 drop case packer automates the packaging phase, placing bottles into boxes quickly and safely, minimizing the risk of damage.
Case Sealing and Labeling
Case sealing is entrusted to the Pearson case sealer model CS25, built in 2016. This machine uses a Nordson ProBlue gluing system to ensure a solid and durable closure of the boxes. The case labeling station is equipped with two Sato label heads model S84, which apply labels precisely and quickly. The “soft touch” conveyor belt box turner gently handles packages, preventing damage. The integrated check-weigher verifies the weight of the boxes, ensuring that each package meets the required standards and identifying any anomalies in the content.
Palletizing and Pallet Wrapping
The final phase of the process is palletizing and wrapping loads for shipment. The Fanuc robot model 410IC / 185 with vacuum head represents an advanced solution for automated palletizing. Thanks to its precision and speed, it efficiently organizes boxes on pallets, optimizing space and ensuring load stability. The safety fence ensures that the operation takes place in total safety for operators. The pallet dispenser further automates the process, reducing downtime. The Muller Octopus model 1717 “Ring” pallet wrapper uses ring technology to wrap pallets with stretch film, protecting the load from external agents and facilitating transport.
Line Conditions and Equipment
The complete bottling line for 187 ml plastic beverage containers is supplied with all available spare parts and change parts, ensuring operational continuity and facilitating maintenance. Comprehensive documentation, including manuals and digital schematics, is included, providing all the information necessary for installation, operation, and maintenance. Currently, the line is installed but in production, meaning it can be quickly put into operation with minimal intervention. The excellent condition of the machinery testifies to the care and maintenance received over time. All equipment is sold in its current state, “as is, where is,” offering a unique opportunity to acquire a high-quality bottling line at a competitive value.
